Northcoast Chimney Sweep

What a great company to work with! They installed a new gas fireplace insert in Dec. 2024. It works beautifully! They were very friendly and answered all my questions. They followed up after three months to ensure everything was working fine. My heating bill even went down! This is a great company with great service.

I always have a great experience with this company. They first came out to do the inspection when I bought my house in 2021. The tech was nice, helpful, informative, and truthful about what the house's heating needs were. We ended up getting a new set up and the customer service continued to be as great as it was the first time. They continue to be who I call for my yearly cleaning as I know I can count on them to do a great job with amazing customer service.

Type of service: Gas fireplace cleaning and repair I was having trouble with a gas fireplace that sometimes worked and sometimes didn't. Tyler diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. Then he asked if he should stop there or do a full service and cleaning. As part of the service, he vacuumed out cobwebs and dust, cleaned the glass, treated some rust spots in the firebox, cleaned the pilot, and inspected the exterior vent. During the process, he was polite and professional, explained his findings and what he did. Northcoast Chimney Sweep is who I'll call for regular yearly service from now on.

After 4 years and three previous chimney sweeps promising to order our replacement baffle tubes, North Coast finally got them ordered and installed. We have had some interesting experiences with other chimney sweeps in the area, including being completely ghosted by two other outfits AFTER they came out to do some work. North Coast was not only responsive and communicative, but also apologized when the manufacturer sent the wrong baffle tubes the first time. The correct ones arrived about a week later and were installed quickly and efficiently. Very professional workers, we appreciate their quick work, including cleaning the chimneys.

Loren and his team are on top of their game. We purchased a gas insert from them last fall and it came just in time for winter. They set the bar high with their great customer service. I would absolutely use them for anything fireplace related!
